Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is both knowledge, and experience based exam from Project Management Institution. This course includes 5 Process Groups and 10 Knowledge areas to make you ready for the PMP exam. The course covers the 5 Project Management Process Groups :

What are the requirements?

Take this course if you have the dedication to passing the PMP exam. Minimum prerequisites to apply for the certification are based on your formal education. If you have a Bachelors degree, requirements include 4500 hours of leading and directing project tasks plus 36 months of PM experience within last eight consecutive years If you are a High School Graduate, requirements include 7500 hours of leading and directing project tasks plus 60 months of PM experience within last eight consecutive years. Plus you will need 35 hours of project management education to apply
